For Full Management we charge 9% (No VAT) of the monthly rental, plus £250 setting up fee. There are optional services if required:-
For Administration of the Tenants Protection Deposit Scheme there is a fee of £65.00 per deposit
Energy Performance Certificates We will be pleased to arrange for an E.P.C. at a cost of £65.00
Gas Safety Certificate and boiler service arranged at cost of tradesman
Electricity Safety checks. arranged at cost of tradesman
Arrange Rent increases at a cost of £40.00
For Introduction and Letting Service only we charge £495 for a fully comprehensive service i.e. from finding a suitable tenant to
collecting the first months rent and security deposit. There are optional services if required:-
To prepare and serve an extension of a current tenancy agreement after the original six months agreement has expired, the fee is £50.00
A checking out fee for the tenants at the end of the tenancy is £85.00
Property Inspections with report the fee is £75.00
Tenancy Deposits Should the landlord require the Agent to use the Custodial Deposit Protection Scheme with the Deposit Protection Services (DPS)
to carry out the administration for the security deposit to be lodged and arrange for the deposit or part of the deposit to be returned to the tenant at
the end of the tenancy there will be a fee of £65.00.
Energy Performance Certificates We will be pleased to arrange for an E.P.C. at a cost of £65.00
Gas Safety Certificate and boiler service between £40 and £70 depending on the number of appliances.
No hidden fees
Unlike many letting agents, County Letting and Management Services will not add an additional fee to any tradesman's bills. As part of our services we always arrange any repair or maintenance work to your property free of charge, only charging the amount on the original work invoice.
